Real Ag (2021 Season)
Corn, soybeans, cover crops, government policy, and much more were covered in the 2021 season of Real Ag. I traveled all over the great state of Kansas to interview farmers and agricultural specialists to get as much information on each topic as I could.
Real Ag has won 2 KAB awards this year for In-Depth new reporting.

Mildred S. Janzen D.A.R. Award
World War II Survivor, mother, grandmother, and truly resilient woman. All these things describe Mildred Schindler Janzen, but they could never encapsulate everything she has been through in her lifetime. After escaping Nazi Germany, and managing to get out of communist Russia, Mildred made it back to her homeland of America and made a wonderful life for herself.
The Daughters of the American Revolution found it fitting to present Mildred with the D.A.R. medal of honor for all she had been through.
This spot has won a KAB Award for Station Promotional Announcement.
No Mercy (2020 - Short)
This short was a proof of concept made for FilmRiot's "MakeFilm Challenge 2020" contest.
Based on a Concept for a larger Zombie movie.
Written, directed, and shot by Aarik Orndorff, I was tasked with putting together the footage and adding some simple effects and color corrections.
